Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse digital marketing projects, including SEO/SEM campaigns, social media strategies, email marketing, and web development
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management to support business objectives
• Allocate team resources effectively, ensuring designers, copywriters, and developers are aligned and hitting milestones
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards to ensure on-time delivery
• Review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to client brand guidelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, managing stakeholder expectations and providing transparent reporting on campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and scope creep, implementing solutions before they impact project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing teams across creative, technical, and development functions
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
