## Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed campaigns and strategic brand communication. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Picadailys' user base and brand visibility
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social media, Google, and other digital channels
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives
- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI-driven marketing
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to align marketing activities with company goals
- Track and report performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Picadailys competitive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, lifestyle, or tech startups
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.)
- Experience managing social media advertising, influencer marketing, and growth campaigns
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
- A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
