- Market Research & Analysis: Identifying target audiences, analyzing consumer behavior, and monitoring competitors to adjust tactics.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Budget Oversight: Managing marketing funds to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and guiding marketing staff or external agencies.
- Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive efforts.
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc holder only
- Minimum of 4year experience
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills.
