Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview: This role is ideal for a creative and performance-driven marketer with experience in social media, paid ads, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - ​Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms - ​Create and execute a structured content calendar - ​Publish property listings, reels, stories, and educational content - ​Run paid advertisements to generate buyer and investor leads - ​Track and qualify leads for the sales team - ​Write marketing captions and property descriptions - ​Work with the videographer to plan and publish video content - ​Update website listings and monitor performance Requirements: - ​Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing - ​Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and paid ads - ​Basic graphic design and copywriting skills - ​Experience in service-based or real estate marketing is an advantage - ​Self-motivated and results-oriented Salary & Benefits - ​₦200,000 monthly salary - ​₦10,000 monthly data allowance
