## Title: Digital Marketer & Sales Strategist

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive growth through integrated digital marketing and sales strategies. You will own the complete go-to-market approach, from campaign planning and execution to pipeline development and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Own the go-to-market plan and campaign calendar across channels (paid, owned, earned, and offline)
  • Define ICPs, buyer journeys, value propositions, and messaging for B2C/B2B segments

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and manage performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display), SEO/SEM, and paid social
  • Lead content and social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok), including copy, creatives, and community engagement
  • Run email and lifecycle automation (onboarding, nurture, win-back) with A/B testing and deliverability best practices
  • Manage web UX/CRO: landing pages, forms, pixels, tags, and conversion events

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and qualify pipelines via inbound and outbound tactics; run demos and discovery calls
  • Nurture partnerships and affiliates; coordinate events, pop-ups, print collateral, and promotional activations
  • Work closely with Product to translate customer feedback into features and offers

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own marketing and sales dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, CRM reports)
  • Forecast pipeline and produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations

Brand, Compliance & Operations

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Ensure marketing and sales activity aligns with data-protection and financial-services guidelines in relevant markets

Requirements & Skills

Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or growth with hands-on sales or business development
  • Proven success running multi-channel campaigns and hitting revenue and lead targets

Technical Skills

  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) a plus

Core Competencies

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Confident with numbers and experimentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
