## Title: Digital Marketer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to help us reach and convert our target audience online. From ad creatives to landing page copy, you'll be responsible for managing digital channels that drive traffic, leads, and enrollments. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with community managers to tailor content based on real-time feedback from prospects, learners, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and email sequences for conversion
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to align messaging
  • Run A/B tests and implement learnings in future campaigns

Required Skills

  • Strong grasp of paid advertising, SEO, funnels, and automation tools
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and create strategy briefs
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp and Telegram marketing and remarketing tactics
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot (a plus)
