Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to plan and execute the company's online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will manage our digital presence, run online campaigns, grow engagement, and generate leads across all service areas — including property sales, surveying, construction, and engineering design.
You'll be responsible for managing our social media pages, content creation, paid ads, email campaigns, and online visibility to attract and convert potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and manage engaging social media content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories)
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads
- Manage website content and SEO to improve search rankings and visibility
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance — leads, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Build and maintain the company's online brand voice across all service lines (real estate, surveying, construction, design)
- Develop email newsletters, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and CRM follow-up systems for customer retention
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align online efforts with offline campaigns and goals
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proven experience running paid ad campaigns and tracking results
- Proficiency with digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends
