Position Overview
The Digital Marketer and Content Creator will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Serava Holdings' digital marketing strategy across all online platforms. The role focuses on building brand visibility, driving audience engagement, supporting lead generation for the Group and its subsidiaries, and creating high-quality, compelling content that aligns with Serava Holdings' corporate identity and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and measurable digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Serava Holdings and its subsidiaries across digital channels
- Manage and optimise social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and other relevant channels) to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns, including paid ads, organic growth initiatives and brand awareness drives
- Track campaign performance, analyse digital metrics and provide actionable insights to management
Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, long-form posts, website content, newsletters and corporate announcements
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns and key corporate milestones
- Ensure all content reflects Serava Holdings' brand voice, tone and visual identity
- Edit and optimise content for different platforms while maintaining consistency and professionalism
Brand & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and subsidiary brands to translate business objectives into effective digital storytelling
- Support employer branding, corporate communications and thought leadership initiatives for executive leadership
