Digital / E-commerce Assistant

Position Overview

Custom Gifts & Designs seeks a dedicated Digital / E-commerce Assistant to manage the company's website and digital content. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate product presentation, smooth online operations, and consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website regularly
• Upload products, prices, descriptions, and banners accurately
• Ensure the website is functional, updated, and user-friendly
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with relevant units for fulfillment
• Take high-quality product pictures and videos
• Edit photos and videos for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials
• Prepare products properly for digital shoots
• Maintain a consistent brand look across all digital platforms
• Work closely with the Inventory & Warehousing Unit to confirm product availability
• Support the Sales & Customer Experience Unit with digital materials
• Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and content planning

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: ND or NCE
• 0-1 year of professional experience
• Previous experience in digital content creation, e-commerce, or social media management is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of website management or e-commerce platforms
• Photo and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain brand consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Must reside within Lekki / Jakande axis, Lagos
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• High level of responsibility and accountability
