Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote services to customers
Plan, organize, and manage email campaigns, events, social media pages, and creative content according to the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase website conversions
Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, graphics, and social media marketing
Investigate, recommend, and implement new enhancements that increase revenue, build brand awareness, and improve overall customer experience through analysis of ongoing efforts
Meet or exceed marketing revenue targets and develop plans to address any revenue shortfalls
Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
Benchmark, measure, and analyze results of online and offline marketing initiatives including email campaigns, events, promotions, SEO marketing, affiliate programs, and future online initiatives
Cooperate with web developers to implement necessary website changes
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with website elements and structure
Recommend and execute content development strategies in coordination with SEO goals, both general and keyword-specific
Create and support marketing content for social media purposes, including customer videos, case studies, blog posts, and analyst and customer posts
