DevOps Engineer at Strivo Labs

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and reliability. You'll be the backbone of our engineering team, ensuring our backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure run smoothly and securely in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for e-commerce at scale
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize APIs, databases, and microservices
• Manage databases, caching, and load balancing to handle high-traffic applications
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployments

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.)
• Experience with Node.js backend deployments (Express)
• Solid skills in Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions (Redis)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or high-scale systems
