About the Role

We are seeking a Developer II to join our dynamic and expanding engineering team. This is a mid-to-senior level position suited for an experienced developer capable of handling complex technical challenges while contributing to team development and project leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications across a diverse technology portfolio
• Support testing, debugging, and refinement of applications to ensure quality deliverables
• Devise and provide programming solution approaches to technical problems and issues
• Prepare program-level and user-level documentation
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Lead projects and oversee their successful execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in project-specific tools, applications, and programming languages
• Solid experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Ability to work with moderate work direction and demonstrate independent decision-making
• Strong technical knowledge appropriate to the Developer II level
• Capability to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty
