Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement programs to grow Moneta's developer community
• Advocate for Moneta's developer tools through events, workshops, and online channels
• Build and nurture relationships with software developers, startups, and tech partners
• Gather and synthesize feedback from the developer community to inform product improvements
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert engaged developers into active partners

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science or Software Development
• Previous experience in developer advocacy, community management, or a similar role
• Sales experience in tech with ability to articulate value propositions to developers
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Membership in a tech community (a plus)
