Deputy Project Director - Delta

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Lead FTTH project planning, technical delivery, progress, and quality management. - Manage construction sites, permits, documentation, and subcontractors. - Take full responsibility for engineering delivery results and report to the Project Director. - Build and coordinate construction teams; optimize site delivery solutions and SOPs. - Supervise construction plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. - Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements. - Coordinate customers, subcontractors, and technical teams through installation, commissioning, and acceptance. - Manage delivery scope and record additional workload. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields. - 5+ years of FTTH project management or relevant experience. - Solid experience in FTTH, civil works, ADSS and figure-8 cable deployment. - Strong subcontractor and project rollout management experience. - Good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset. - Proficient in English (spoken and written). - Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI. - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
