Deputy Branch Manager

Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Branch Manager, located in Ilorin. - The Deputy Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. - Responsibilities include implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations, and supporting the development of operational and sales teams. - The individual will also support relationship management with clients, provide strategic leadership, and meet financial goals for the branch. Required Qualifications: - Team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and build a collaborative branch environment - experience working in an MFB - Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring financial performance - Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management practices - Relationship management and customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships - Business development and sales strategy expertise - Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
