Deposits Mobilization Officer at IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Deposits Mobilization Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria. You will focus on increasing the organization's deposit levels by acquiring and maintaining strong client relationships within the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential deposit clients and develop new business opportunities
• Acquire and maintain client relationships to support deposit growth
• Provide financial advice and guidance to customers
• Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain customers
• Analyze financial products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote the microfinance bank's services within the community
• Collaborate with the team to meet organizational deposit mobilization targets
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven skills in customer acquisition and relationship building
• Experience in marketing, sales, and financial advisory services
• Familiarity with banking products and services, particularly within the microfinance sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deposit mobilization targets and work independently
• Knowledge of the Lagos State economy and ability to engage with its diverse community

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the microfinance or banking sector
