Deposit Mobilization Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on deposit growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving deposit mobilization initiatives to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to grow deposits - Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve business targets - Meet and exceed deposit growth targets through effective sales and marketing techniques Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or marketing - Ability to meet SALES TARGET/deadlines
