JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, - Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, marketing, or relationship management within a financial institution. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to market financial products effectively and close deposit deals. - Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets. - Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking software. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
