Deposit Mobilization Manager at Estrada International Staffing Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Deposit Mobilization Manager to join a top financial institution in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's deposit base, building strong client relationships, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective deposit mobilization strategies to meet and exceed set targets
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and increased deposits
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy and product development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service) to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Prepare periodic reports on deposit performance, pipeline activities, and market insights
• Train and guide team members (where applicable) to enhance productivity and target achievement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications are a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in deposit mobilization, relationship management, or business development within a financial institution
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding deposit mobilization targets
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of financial products, investment trends, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

What We Offer

• Competitive net salary range of N400,000 – N600,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Hybrid work arrangement
