Position Overview: - The Demi Chef de Partie will support meal preparation and bulk food production for airline clients, ensuring strict compliance with aviation catering and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to airline specifications - Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control - Adhere strictly to HACCP and hygiene standards - Support high-volume production and meet flight deadlines - Ensure proper storage and handling of food items. Requirements: - 2–3 years’ experience in hotel, industrial, or inflight catering - Culinary certification is an added advantage - Good knowledge of food safety standards - Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
