Job Summary

The Data Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing the data pipeline architecture, data flow, and data collection for Hydrogen. The Data Engineer will support the technology, product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams with insights gained from data analysis. This role involves using data sets to identify opportunities for product and process optimization, and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipeline architecture and data flow
• Support technology, product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams with data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities for product and process optimization through data analysis
• Develop and test models to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategic approaches
• Manage and process large and complex datasets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline

Technical Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with data warehousing and SQL
• Proficiency with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Scala, or HDInsight
• Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Tableau and SAS
• Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and neural networks
