Position Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the CEO in providing data and reports to help form business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business strategies.

CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to inform business decisions
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets to inform business strategies
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by developing and implementing data quality checks
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

Required Experience and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
