Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive our cybersecurity practice, deliver innovative security solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. This role blends technical expertise, consulting, and business leadership to safeguard digital environments and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy and technology roadmap
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on security solutions, frameworks, and regulations
• Support technical presales with solution designs, proposals, and RFP responses
• Deliver enterprise solutions across network, cloud, IAM, SOC, and endpoint security
• Oversee incident response, risk assessments, and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, NDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST)
• Mentor cybersecurity teams and strengthen client partnerships

Education Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity
• At least 3 years in leadership or consulting roles
• Strong background in IT consulting and systems integration
• Proven experience in presales and enterprise solution delivery

Professional Certifications

• Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, ISO 27001
• OEM certifications: Microsoft, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, AWS Security

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Deep knowledge of network, cloud, IAM, SIEM, and endpoint security
• Threat intelligence expertise
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
