We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Role Overview - We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative / CRM Executive to manage customer interactions and optimise CRM processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and a passion for delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism. - Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. - Utilise HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements - Prior experience in customer service or CRM operations. - Strong knowledge of CRM tools; HubSpot experience preferred. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced online marketplace environment.
