## Title: Customer Service Representative - Restaurant
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Customer Service Representative in our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English
- Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently
- Provide updates on order status or delays to customers
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
- Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones
