## Title: Customer Service Representative - Restaurant

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Customer Service Representative in our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English
  • Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently
  • Provide updates on order status or delays to customers
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
  • Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones
