## Title: Customer Service Representative (Hospitality)
About the Role
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with call center experience who are passionate about creating memorable customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Log customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries in the system for follow-up and resolution
- Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to track orders and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Ensure that the company's Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets and response time metrics are consistently met
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager for timely resolution
- Participate in daily team briefings and quality checks to ensure service consistency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (restaurant or QSR experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business)
- A friendly, patient, and positive attitude towards customers
- Ability to work rotational shifts and off days
Shift Details
- 6-hour daily shifts (morning, mid-day, or evening)
- One to two off days weekly on a rotating schedule
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: ₦75,000 per month
- Meal provided during shift
