## Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service and support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Ensure adherence to the bank's service standards and policies
  • Assist customers with product and service information, transactions, and account management

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
