A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities - Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries. - Following up with clients or customers via phone calls or emails to check that they’re satisfied with the services rendered. - Determining the quickest, most effective way to answer customers’ questions. - Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary. - Manage large volume of incoming phone calls. - Handle customer customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. - Must follow up on customers’ issues to ensure a satisfied resolution. - Follow the team’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open and interactive communication. Skills and Requirements - Must have at least NCE or OND. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively. - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different kinds of characters - Must possess excellent listening skills.
