## Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by providing professional support, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients—both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers courteously in-store, online, and via phone or social media
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update order information
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved
  • Uphold the brand's image by delivering exceptional service at all times
  • Support daily administrative and showroom operations as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury hair brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Polished, confident, and well-presented demeanor suitable for a luxury environment
  • Must reside within or around Lekki and be available to work weekends if required

Compensation Package

  • Basic Salary: ₦120,000
  • Transport Allowance: ₦20,000
  • Total Package: ₦140,000 monthly
