## Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to patients and clients promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Provide accurate information on services, appointments, and processes
  • Assist with patient registration, billing guidance, and service scheduling
  • Manage complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Support daily administrative operations as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or the service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer use (MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
