Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Process online orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Work with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and update product listings as needed
