## Title: Customer Service Representative – Abule Egba

About the Role

Clinix Healthcare is seeking friendly, professional, and patient-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our front desk and patient support team at our Abule Egba facility. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating positive first impressions, assisting patients and visitors, and contributing to an excellent overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, visitors, and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and billing inquiries
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, provide information about services, direct calls appropriately, and handle appointment bookings
  • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately
  • Guide patients through clinic processes, explain procedures, and direct them to the relevant departments or waiting areas
  • Handle patient complaints, concerns, and feedback courteously, escalating complex issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Update patient records in the electronic health system and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports as needed
  • Promote clinic services, special offers, and health awareness programs to patients when appropriate

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation with empathy, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with patients of all backgrounds
