About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our vibrant cosmetics team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed set targets
• Demonstrate and explain cosmetic products, highlighting features and benefits
• Maintain an attractive and organized product display
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep up-to-date with product trends, promotions, and new arrivals

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any field
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
