Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally - Take orders (in-person or via phone/online platforms where applicable) - Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service - Monitor customer satisfaction and report issues to management - Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment - Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or Bachelor\'s Degree with 1-10 years experience. - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
