An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - We are seeking a proactive Customer Service officer to support our spare parts and service operations. - The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation. - Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Repair and maintenance Services - Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction. - Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs. - Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. - Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status. - Submit periodic reports as required by management. - Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records. Qualifications - Candidates should possess an HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1 – 2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations - Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) - Good communication and organizational abilities - Experience with CRM tools is an advantage - Age Range: 18 – 30 Years - Gender: Male/Female Salary N80,000 – N150,000 (Gross) Monthly.
