About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating with logistics personnel, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service relationships and inquiries
• Coordinate with and oversee rider operations
• Provide prompt reporting on order status and customer follow-ups
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Requirements

• OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer in a reputable organization
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate with field personnel
• Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities
• Residence in or around Yaba, VI, Lagos area
• Available to start work immediately
