## Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Officer at our Lagos office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to ensure a positive first impression of the company
  • Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to relevant teams
  • Accurately maintain records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
