Requirements
- OND/HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or relevant customer service software
