## Title: Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints

Requirements

  • OND/HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or relevant customer service software
