## Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) will enhance customer experience by managing inquiries, complaints, and account-related requests. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth through frontline engagement and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts and guide customers through required documentation
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage customer identity updates, BVN issues, and card requests
  • Promote bank products and educate customers on digital channels
  • Maintain accurate service logs and escalate unresolved issues

Requirements

  • HND / BSc Degree in any related field
  • 1 - 3 years experience in customer-facing roles (banking experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and services
