Position Overview:
- The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Handle orders, returns, and service requests where applicable.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
& Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset.
