## Title: Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Guide and motivate the team towards achieving set goals
  • Actively work with team members and their prospects to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that all clients are happy and satisfied with services and products
  • Request and organize seasonal trainings for team members
  • Create a warm, cordial, and enabling environment for team members
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the opportunity to view properties before closing deals
  • Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing
  • Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Take on ad-hoc responsibilities relevant to the department

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales
