## Title: Customer Service and Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers, facilitating real estate transactions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate opportunities
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments are received
  • Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before closing deals
  • Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing
  • Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct market surveys to identify competitor property prices on the housing market
  • Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
  • Monitor the property market to identify prospects with interest in properties and secure brokering deals
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to identify future business opportunities
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance job knowledge and expand professional networks

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales
