## Title: Customer Service and Marketing Executive – Real Estate
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Customer Service and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers, facilitating real estate transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate opportunities
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments are received
- Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before closing deals
- Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
- Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing
- Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Conduct market surveys to identify competitor property prices on the housing market
- Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify prospects with interest in properties and secure brokering deals
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients to identify future business opportunities
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance job knowledge and expand professional networks
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales
