Key Responsibilities: - Answering Calls: Responding to incoming customer inquiries and addressing their concerns professionally. - Providing Information: Offering accurate details about our services, pricing, and company policies. - Issue Resolution: Identifying customer problems and providing timely and effective solutions. - Data Entry & Customer Assistance: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and guiding clients through processes and procedures. - Follow-up: Conducting post-interaction follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service completion. - Service Improvement: Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes to enhance overall performance. Requirements: - A Bachelor\\\'s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field. - 0-1 year of customer service experience. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support. - Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to stay organized and adhere to schedules. - Multitasking skills and keen attention to detail. - Must be a FEMALE and a serving Corp Member  - Must reside around Gwarimpa and its environs
