About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients in Kano State and the Northern Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and building strong, lasting relationships with legal professionals and corporate clients.
You will handle client inquiries, resolve technical and service issues, provide comprehensive product support, and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed with our legal technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product guidance and support to users
- Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication at all times
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionality
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Experience
- Experience in legal tech, SaaS, IT solutions, or professional services
- LegalTech experience
Location & Work Arrangements
- Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of office-based and remote work)
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within Northern Nigeria for client engagement
- Location: Kano, Nigeria
