## Title: Customer Service Agent
About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented individuals to join us as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to address and meet customer needs
- Perform data entry across various platforms
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Document inquiries, comments, and complaints accurately
- Record all actions taken in response to customer issues
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
- Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in any related course
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Competency in numeric, oral, and written language applications
Location Requirement
Must reside within the following areas: Ogba, Ojodu, Ketu, Ojota, Agege, and Ikeja environs, Lagos.
