Job Brief
- As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, and ensure utmost delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer representative or any related role.
- Experience working in a logistics company.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
