## Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a transparent and dedicated customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with our online technology students. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current students, ensuring their success throughout their learning journey with our various tech course training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student learning performance and ensure all lessons, assignments, exercises, and projects are completed
- Resolve urgent classroom issues and provide timely support to students
- Serve as the focal point of contact for prospective and current students interested in learning digital tech skills
- Provide ongoing support for registration of new students across all online training programs
- Guide students, particularly those requiring additional support, to upgrade their performance
- Follow up promptly on missed or late lesson and assignment completions
- Develop, build, and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and customers
- Address critical customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with clear and effective resolutions through virtual live sessions and real-time responses
- Collaborate with students on projects and tasks requiring teamwork
- Report feedback to management on digital trends, learning schemes, and strategies to improve training participation
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, registration details, and follow-up actions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or training certification in a tech field or customer service (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management from any organization
- Proven experience working remotely from an organization that prioritizes timely completion of tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
