## Title: Customer Experience Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience for our patients from the moment they enter our practice until their departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure the waiting area and reception are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist in maintaining patient records and confidential information
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and address any patient concerns
  • Collect feedback from patients to continuously improve our services and patient experience
  • Handle payment transactions and insurance claims accurately

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus
