## Title: Customer Experience and Marketing Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience and Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage customer data, follow up on leads, and actively support all marketing initiatives and events to ensure exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls during working hours using company-issued communications
- Match customers to appropriate products and follow up on incomplete purchases
- Manage basic CRM and customer retention lists with support from the marketing team
- Follow up with leads generated from campaigns, events, or social media
- Assist in campaign coordination and execution as directed
- Participate in and support brand events, activations, and marketing launches as scheduled
- Carry out other related duties within the scope of work as assigned by the Head of Marketing
Required Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
