## Title: Customer Experience Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring positive interactions with all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers politely and determine their needs and preferences
  • Interact with customers professionally by providing information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone with all customers at all times
  • Welcome potential customers by recommending appropriate goods or services and demonstrating their benefits
  • Create invoice records for customers before directing them to cashiers for payment
  • Listen to customer complaints and resolve issues within your authority
  • Escalate customer complaints beyond your ability to the branch supervisor
  • Ensure shelves and showroom areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Return items picked from shelves to their appropriate locations
  • Remain alert to ensure no customer is left unattended
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support standards

Work Requirements

  • Must stand while attending to customers
  • Must be present and attentive on the showroom floor during shifts
