## Title: Customer Experience Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring positive interactions with all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers politely and determine their needs and preferences
- Interact with customers professionally by providing information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone with all customers at all times
- Welcome potential customers by recommending appropriate goods or services and demonstrating their benefits
- Create invoice records for customers before directing them to cashiers for payment
- Listen to customer complaints and resolve issues within your authority
- Escalate customer complaints beyond your ability to the branch supervisor
- Ensure shelves and showroom areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Return items picked from shelves to their appropriate locations
- Remain alert to ensure no customer is left unattended
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support standards
Work Requirements
- Must stand while attending to customers
- Must be present and attentive on the showroom floor during shifts
